• Except in areas special for women only, women should wear burkini, semi-burkini instead of bathing suits such as swimsuit, bikini at beaches and swimming pools where both sexes are together.

• Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

• A'la Carte Restaurants are paid and reservation is required for customers.

• It is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol in our hotel and to bring alcoholic beverages from outside into the hotel.

• Boys older over the age of 5.99 are not allowed to enter the ladies' section.

• In case of storm and heavy rain, the outdoor pools and beaches cannot be used. In such cases, our hotel does not offer an alternative.

• Indoor pool, Spa and Sauna; are used alternately by male and female guests during the day. Usage hours vary, but you will be informed by your holiday assistant when you enter the hotel.

• Saklıdeniz and Hisar are only open to our female guests. To protect the privacy of our valued guests in these areas, electronic devices such as mobile phones, cameras or tablets are not allowed. These devices are recorded and taken by guest services employee while entering the specified areas.

• Please be advised that children under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the Hisar Pool due to safety rules.

• In accordance with the circular of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance dated 07.05.2022, guests cannot buy and sell foreign exchange in the facilities.
